I am doing well. I finally got some time now. All of my exams are over. I wrote the last one on Monday and now I am waiting to get the results. I can’t wait anymore. The only one I know is that I past the oral English exam very well. My teacher said I got the highest result from all the students of my school. That was a really good feeling. On Tuesday I will get the other results. I am pretty sure that I past all of them. The question is just how well.

Now, school is over for the rest of the summer I got plenty of time. I am off for the summer until September.  This is really nice after all the exams. But I am sure that I will be bored in at least two weeks. J I am trying to find a job since weeks, so I will earn some money. But it’s really hard – still.  I will visit a friend of mine who is living in the Netherlands. I am really looking forward to that, because I have never been there and also I miss the whole travelling- thing a lot!

Unfortunately our summer over here is not showing up very well. To be honest it is cold, grey sky and it has been raining for the last two weeks! This is very unusually. And it is how I remember the weather in London.

We had a huge celebration in our city this weekend. Actually there have been two at the same time. On was a big summer opening party in our city center with a lot of stages, life events, music and fun rides for kids.  The festival started on Friday and will end tonight with a big fire work.  The other celebration we had this weekend was the 600th Year anniversary of our university. That was a huge event. We had exchanges students here from all over the world.  What I really enjoyed because I think the most of them were American exchange students.  I was sitting at Starbucks enjoying my coffee and was surrounded by a lot of English speaking people. Sounds strange but it were very nice.

My knee is not doing so well. I got the MRI report and fortunately all of my knee joint ligaments are fine. But I have a little tiny fracture on top of the tibia bone. I don’t know how to explain it in English so well. It should have been better weeks ago, but it still hurts as soon as I move around too much.  Fortunately, the basketball season is over now and I have got enough time to recover.

Apart from that, I am doing well.

Take care…

Sandra
